Welcome to Buad Agency (“Buad”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of thebuad.com and the purchase of our services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Buad Agency is a full-service marketing and creative agency based in the Sultanate of Oman, offering Digital Marketing, Digital & Web Development, Events Management, Media & Content Production, PR & Intermediation, and Brand Activation. Full descriptions and packages are available on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
Our Services are intended for businesses, organizations, and individuals aged 18 or above with the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of themselves or the entity they represent.
All prices listed are in Omani Rial (OMR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change. Payment is processed securely via our website’s designated payment gateway. Depending on the service selected, we may require full payment upfront or a deposit followed by milestone-based payments, as specified at checkout or in your service agreement. Work will not commence until payment (or the required deposit) has been received and confirmed.
To deliver your project on time and to a high standard, you agree to provide accurate information, brand assets, and content in a timely manner; respond to requests for feedback, approvals, and revisions within agreed timeframes; and ensure you have the rights to any materials (logos, images, text) you provide to us. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted project timelines.
Each service package includes a defined number of revision rounds, as outlined in your proposal or package description. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables (e.g. logos, designs, website, content) transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Buad Agency retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing. Preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused design directions remain the intellectual property of Buad Agency.
Certain services (advertising, hosting, event vendors, licensed stock media/fonts) rely on third-party platforms and providers. Buad Agency is not liable for outages, price changes, or policy changes by these third parties.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the course of the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
Buad Agency strives to deliver high-quality services but does not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g. sales, leads, engagement rates) resulting from marketing or advertising activities, as these depend on factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Buad Agency shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet/platform outages, or other force majeure events.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
All content on thebuad.com, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Buad Agency and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Oman.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
